Why I Created The Top Performance Group


When I started my first agency, I realized something that surprised me. I had company support, products, and expectations, but very little real-world training on how to actually build and grow a business. No one had truly taught me how to create systems, build relationships, communicate value, lead people, market consistently, or create a healthy culture people genuinely wanted to be part of.

Like many new business owners, I worked incredibly hard but often felt overwhelmed and unsure of what to focus on next. And the more people I met, the more I realized I was not alone. There were talented, hard-working people everywhere trying to build businesses without a clear roadmap.

After a $12,000 chargeback to my business, I became obsessed with understanding what actually helped service-based businesses grow in a healthy and sustainable way. I studied leadership, sales, systems, communication, marketing, and client experience. I tested ideas, refined frameworks, and eventually built the roadmap I wish I had when I started.

That eventually led me into training and consulting with more than 200 new business owners, helping them develop stronger leadership, clearer systems, better communication, and more confidence in how they built their businesses.

What I discovered was that the businesses that grew the strongest were not always the loudest or most aggressive.

The businesses that lasted were the ones that genuinely cared about people.
